In order to minimize wastage and keep a transparent production process, all pieces are made to order. Once payment has been received, the order will be shipped out within 7-10 working days.
MARISPYPER Studios ships worldwide, all packages are provided with a tracking number.

Delivery days are estimated and not guaranteed. We will always try to deliver your goods within our estimated delivery times, but actual delivery times of the delivery provider are outside of our control.

Germany: Standard delivery with tracking: 5,49 EUR
EU: Standard delivery with tracking: 13,50 EUR
UK: Standard delivery with tracking: 22,90 EUR
USA/Canada: Standard delivery with tracking: 44,90 EUR
Andorra, Channel Islands, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Turkey and Switzerland: Standard delivery with tracking: 25 EUR
Rest of the World: Standard delivery with tracking: 48 EUR
Products will be shipped directly from Germany by DHL or UPS. International orders may take longer due to customs formalities. Please notice that we can’t ship to post box addresses.
DUTIES & TAXES
EU: All countries within the European Union are shipped by DHL/UPS (delivery duty paid) basis, meaning that duties are included in the final price. According to § 19 UStG we do not charge sales tax and therefore do not show VAT in the final price (small business status/Kleinunternehmerregelung).
Outside EU: All countries outside the European Union are shipped by UPS. Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.
Please note that import duties have to be covered by the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
You can return or exchange items ordered on www.marispyperstudios.com within 14 days.
Note that custom-made pieces are not eligible for return. Any items bought on sale or with a discount code are only eligible for credit or exchange.
The item(s) must be unworn and have all labels attached.
If you would like to make a return or exchange, please first email design@marispyperstudios.com to receive a return form and the return address.
Fill out the form and put the form together with the returned item(s) in the package.
You can use any postal service of your choice. Please remember to send us the tracking number. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail with tracking or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.
When returning from a non-EU country please remember to state on the commercial invoice that this is a returned item. Non labeled returns can end up in customs and delay your refund or exchange.
The shipping costs, additional duty and/or tax fees are the customers responsibility. The return will be refunded within 5 working days after receiving the item(s). The same payment method will be used for the refund as for the purchase. Maris Pieper reserves the right to reject returns when sent beyond the return period limit and/or when the item(s) are not in their original state.
